Director of Business Development for A/V Design and Installation 

CTS Audio is seeking to expand integration of its commercial audio/video/lighting systems for the dynamic church market.  We are seeking a Director of Business Development for A/V Design and Installation to increase sales and market share.

Position:  Director of Business Development for A/V Design and Installation

Reports to:   President

Primary Function: Responsible for sales of A/V design and installation services within church market (primarily Midwest and Southeast regions). Position serves as the primary liaison between our clients and the A/V install team to ensure good communication and timely execution of all A/V install projects.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 3 years of experience in audio industry and 2 years of sales

Job Related Skills:

- Responsible, self-motivated, professional, well-organized and able to meet sales goals

- Working knowledge of audio/video systems

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong customer service skills (selling and managing client’s needs and expectations)
